Andrew is a strategic problem-solver, with 25 years of experience running strategy, planning and strategic services teams. He has worked as CSO/ MD across brand, advertising, design, digital and consultancy, for agencies including AMV BBDO, and LBi. His client list covers more than 100 brands and businesses across B2C, B2B, Government and voluntary sectors.
He is a Fellow of the IPA, served on the IPA Council and co-chaired the Professional Development Group. Andrew is an Oxford grad with an MBA from Warwick Business School. He has four daughters and is a member of the Scotch Malt Whisky society.

Paul is a creative problem-solver with a lifelong belief in the power of a great idea. He was Chief Creative Officer and Chairman of AMV BBDO, where he helped build the UK’s most awarded agency and shaped some of the most iconic campaigns of the past two decades.
His work has won top honours at Cannes Lions, D&AD, The One Show, and beyond.
He is a former President of D&AD, a voting member of BAFTA, and the founder of allcreative.com, a platform that helps the next generation of creatives thrive.
Alongside his commercial work, Paul is an accomplished conceptual artist. He is married, a father of two, and now brings breakthrough thinking to modern brand challenges through CoEX.
